Requirements:

• Knowledge of the basics of building business processes and document flow;
• Knowledge of the basics accounting, management and operational accounting at the enterprise;
• Skills for analyzing company business processes, collecting and describing requirements for changes to existing processes or developing new ones;
• Skills for developing technical tasks, testing implemented functionality and developing instructions;
• Experience in Agile teams, participation in sprint planning, daily stand-ups.
• Strong communication skills and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the planning and coordination of sprints: formation of the backlog, prioritization of tasks, assessment of labor intensity, control of task execution within the framework of the Agile/Scrum approach.
• Collection and description of requirements when implementing new functionality in the system;
• Formation of technical tasks for 1C developers;
• Checking implemented functionality for compliance with requirements, conducting testing, implementation quality control;
• Conducting training and presentations of new functionality, developing instructions for system users;
• Direct interaction with process owners (direction - Finance, Warehouse logistics);
• Participation in migration projects from 1C systems to SAP.
