Main duties:

• Analysis of the company's existing business processes and preparation of proposals for their optimization.
• Participation experience in the implementation or migration of 1C solutions between different configurations or databases.
• Collection, coordination and formalization of requirements from business units.
• Preparation of user documentation, instructions, conducting user training.
• Preparation of technical tasks and statements for 1C developers.
• Support of users during the launch and operation of updated processes.
• Testing of implemented functionality and compliance control.
• Participation in the development and implementation of new functional modules in 1C.

Professional requirements:

• Analytical thinking, systematicity, attention to details, ability to work with a large amount of data.
• Experience in analyzing business processes, describing requirements and setting tasks for developers.
• Experience of working as a business analyst or 1C consultant from 2 years.
• Experience of testing implemented functionality and accepting work from developers.
• Communicative, result-oriented, skills in working with users.
• Skills in building TK, specifications and process diagrams (BPMN / UML or similar).
• Practical understanding of accounting, tax, management and warehouse accounting.
• Understanding the principles of building a 1C system: Enterprise 8.2 / 8.3.
• Participation in 1C integration projects with other company information systems

Soft Skills:

• Basic knowledge of SQL queries or 1C query language (for analytics data).
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools (BPMN, Draw.io, Bizagi, Miro, etc.).
• Confident mastery of 1C applied solutions (UTP, UT, Accounting, ZUP, etc.).
• li>Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets for preparing analytical reports and models.
• Experience in setting up business processes, reporting forms, documents and directories.
• Knowledge of the structure of the 1C database (directories, documents, registers, processing, reports).
• Skills in forming technical tasks for 1C developers.
• Understanding the mechanisms of 1C integration with other systems (exchange via files, HTTP services, API)

Education:

• Higher education (preferably in the field of IT, economics, business analysis or management).
