Insurance Company "KNYAZHA", whose shareholder is Vienna Insurance Group, the No. 1 insurance group in Central and Eastern Europe, invites to work Business analyst 1C of the Department of Information Technologies

Functional duties:

• Collection of business needs, description and coordination of business requirements, writing technical tasks for automating the company's business processes based on the 1C: Enterprise system 8.3;
• Management of development tasks throughout the life cycle, control and coordination of deadlines;
• Conducting trainings for users and owners of business processes;
• Writing instructions for users;
• Close interaction with users and owners of business processes;
• Analysis of the company’s business processes, identification of weaknesses and shortcomings, implementation of further improvements in information systems;
• Building and maintaining a stable communication channel between the company's divisions and the IT Department.

Requirements:

• Experience in the IT position Business analytics from 1 year;
• Experience in supporting systems on the 1C platform: Enterprise 8.3;
• Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills, responsibility for decisions and results;
• High efficiency, proactivity, stress resistance, ability to work in a team, focus for the result;
• Experience in the insurance or financial sector will be an advantage.
