Limestone Digital is looking for Business Analyst (part-time role) to expand our team.

Required skills

• 3+ years of experience in a related field, such as business analysis, software development, project management, or consulting;
• Good understanding of the IT industry, including business processes, technology trends, and regulatory requirements;
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies, including Agile (Scrum) and Lean development;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, and creation of tasks acceptance criteria;
• Successful experience gathering, distilling, and prioritizing product requirements;
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify problems, gather and analyze data, and develop solutions;
• Understanding UX basics;
• Understanding of basic principles of mobile (Android, iOS) and web development;
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Elicitation (Collect and clarify requirements, confirm the necessary information on all relevant matters with project stakeholders);
• Requirements Communication and Documentation(wireframes, BRD, FRD, SRS, API documentation);
• Decomposition and Creation (maintain, and prioritize) of feature backlog for the Development Team;
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, spikes, and technical stories and make changes to existing ones;
• Create system behavior and user behavior schemes indiagrams (UML/BPMN diagrams, use cases);
• Communication with the Stakeholders;
• Supporting the Dev. team (Answering the questions regarding business logic, functional logic etc.);
• Keep project documentation up to date (and create documentation for the team, clients, and/or end users such as user guides, mapping and FSR based on the modules/services);
• Launching projects with new clients and supporting existing ones.
