Business Analyst in CleverStaff

Responsibilities

• Communication with customers and business users for requirements gathering;
• Estimation and scope decomposition
• Risk assessment, defining dependencies and assumptions
• Prototypes and proof-of-concept creation with their further delivery and presentation to stakeholders
• Participation in the development phase defining and high-level engineering of the system, transferring the knowledge to the team, and monitoring the execution in the long run
• Support customers during acceptance testing and rollout of new functionality

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst in IT
• Experience in collecting business requirements and developing BRD/PRD
• Expertise in writing user stories and use cases Experience in full software development life cycle;
• Expertise in analyzing and describing business processes using BPM
• Knowledge of business process description methodologies
• Pro-activeness in communication with developers, QAs, and customers

Foreign languages:

• English upper intermediate level or higher, both verbal and written.

As A Plus

• Experience in working and communicating with foreign clients;
• Technical solution design and creating technical specifications
