About the project One ofour client isisavisionary SportsTech start-up based inZurich, Switzerland and founded byabrilliant team ofsenior leadership people ofFinTech and sports marketing specialists. Itisactive-data- platform witch inspires and enables active people ofevery ability, nationality, age, gender totake ownership oftheir active data and maximise its value. The community members trade their active data which can then beexchanged for ahuge range ofrewards, from the latest sports gear toexclusive event access tofunding for health and wellness R&D for the benefit ofthe wider world. Requirements: 3+years ofexperience inthe software development industry (outsourcing, product companies) inthe position ofBusiness Analyst orProduct Owner; Strong track record ofsuccessfully delivering products; Experience indiscovery and development phases; Proven requirements elicitation and formalization skills (workshops, interviews, user stories, acceptance criterion); Experience with T&Mprojects; High flexibility and quick learning tofind asuitable business analysis approach for acertain project, phase, stakeholder &circumstance; Good time management skills tofeel confident with multi-task activities; Good communication skills (towork with customers and the development team); Experience inusing requirements management tools (atleast Jira &Confluence); English— Upper-Intermediate. Responsibilities: Identify all stakeholders; Work closely with stakeholders todefine and analyze needs and solutions; Determine stakeholder influence and relationship needs; Obtain needed information from stakeholders toform requirements; Prepare requirements documentation; Define capabilities and requirements tosupport transition tonew solutions; Manage requirements gathering and analysis activities byworking with developers, designers, QAand external customers; Describing business requirements toadevelopment team and support development team inclarifications ofrequirements and change request management; Participate inbacklog grooming, defining upcoming release scopes. What doweexpect from you? Adeep dive into your business idea ofproduct; Proactive approach and forward-thinking, anticipating potential challenges and preparing solutions inadvance; Collaborate closely with stakeholders tounderstand, gather, and define business requirements; Together with the Project Manager determine feature scopes and priorities for product releases, guided byuser and business requirements; Act asabridge between technical team and stakeholders, ensuring that requirements and changes are communicated effectively. What weoffer: Long team focus: wecreate anenvironment oftransparent communication, and minimal bureaucracy, which leads tolong-term relationships.
