What we want to see in our candidate:

• Higher education in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics (additional education: certification, advanced training, etc. an advantage);
• work experience of 2 years or more in branch companies of distribution or retail and wholesale trade, or logistics
• skills to quickly search, process and systematize large volumes of information, data arrays;
• skills in financial and economic modeling;
• understanding of risk management;
• knowledge of various methods of data analysis, including statistical analysis, modeling and forecasting;
• communication skills, skills of working in cross-functional teams, ability to effectively build communication;
• ability to express one's thoughts in a structured and understandable manner in oral and written forms;
• business correspondence and communication skills;
• advanced user of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point;
• experience working with Power BI (development of reports, support of existing ones);
• knowledge of typical 1C/BAS configurations: UTP, UPP, KUP, ERP (experience working with ERP, accounting system);
• analytical mindset, responsibility, punctuality, attention to details.

Your area of responsibility:

• Collection and processing of primary data;
• development, preparation, automation of regular management reporting (on sales, implementation of plan/budget indicators, costs and revenues);
• preparation and development of analytical reports operational activity;
• building and monitoring of the metric system;
• tracking the effectiveness of the KPI system;
• preparation of presentations, tabular forms (MS Power Point), visualization;
• interaction with cross-functional teams.
