Business Analyst in Max Profit Consulting

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support and lead business process optimization initiatives for our US customers.

The role combines deep process analytics, business process reengineering and structured project coordination. You will analyze current processes (AS-IS), develop target models (TO-BE), assess the impact of changes on the business, and support implementation to achieve measurable operational improvements.

This is a remote consulting position that requires analytical thinking, a systems approach, and confident English to communicate with US clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze, describe and modeling of business processes in BPMN 2.0 notation
• Documentation of AS-IS processes and development of optimized TO-BE models
• Re-engineering of business processes in order to reduce costs, eliminate duplication and increase efficiency
• Conduct process diagnostics to identify bottlenecks, risks and factors affecting performance
• Performance of root cause analysis and quantitative assessment of potential improvements
• Development of recommendations for process automation and innovation implementation
• Formation of SOPs, regulations, RACI matrices, KPIs and performance indicator systems
• Conducting interviews with stakeholders and facilitating work sessions
• Coordinating cross-functional teams during change implementation
• Supporting the implementation of process optimization initiatives from analysis to implementation
• Application of Lean methodologies (DMAIC, PDCA, VSM) as necessary
• Preparation of structured presentations and recommendations for clients from the USA
• Monitoring of the implementation of project stages and control of the achievement of planned results

Requirements:

• Sufficient command of the English language (oral and written), as communication dealing with clients in English

• 3+ years of experience in business process analysis and optimization

• Practical experience in process modeling (BPMN 2.0, AS-IS / TO-BE)

• Process reengineering experience

• Strong analytical skills and ability to quantify business impact of changes

• Experience working in cross-functional teams

• System thinking and result orientation

Desired skills:

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) will be an advantage

• Experience in consulting, manufacturing, logistics, banking sector, shared services or automation

• Experience with Miro, Visio, Camunda or other modeling tools

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum or Customer Journey Mapping

• Developed project management skills
