You will be part of a team that implements a CRM system with built-in telephony modules for banks and financial institutions. Your tasks:

• Collect structure and transform business requirements into technical documentation: BRD, SRS, user stories, use cases.

• Model processes in BPMN and UML — so that the team understands the logic at a glance.

• Write REST specifications API.

• Check whether it is done “as it should be”, not “as it turned out”.

• Be the key point between our customers (banks, MFIs) and the Dev team.
