We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the business analysis field, specifically in alignment with the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) standards.

Requirements:

— At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, requirements analysis;
— Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate information from multiple sources;
— Practical experience in using best practices of requirements documentation and requirements modeling;
— Practical experience in using requirements management tools;
— Fundamental understanding of IIBA or PMI-PBA standards;

— Advanced English;
— Spoken German language is a highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

— Identification of business needs and business metrics of the organization and translating them into specific, actionable requirements;
— Identification, analysis, and engaging with the key stakeholders on the project and within customer’s organization;
— Requirements elicitation and analysis;
— Requirements documentation and requirements management;
— Impact analysis and requirements traceability management;
— Working with the development team to ensure they understand the specifications and requirements of the project;
— Assisting with the interpretation of user requirements into feasible options, and communicating these back to the business stakeholders;
— Participation in pre-sales activities by demonstrating expertise in understanding business needs and proposing viable solutions.

Would be a plus:

— Practical experience working within the IIBA or PMI-PBA standards would be a plus;
— Experience in pre-sales activities, including understanding customer needs and preparing effective proposals;
— Understanding of e-commerce business domain.
