We are looking for a Business analyst!

What should be done?

• analyze business processes and study the functional requirements of divisions;
• conduct interviews and collect requirements from the customer;
• prepare test cases, user stories;
• create technical tasks for developers;
• coordinate the development process: task control, interaction with business users and developers;
• be engaged in testing improvements and transferring the developed functionality to end users;
• draw up instructions and conduct user training;
• advise users on typical and developed 1C functionality;
• implement and support specialized configurations;
• describe the company's business processes.

What do we expect?

• 2 years of work experience as a business analyst;
• ability to conduct interview, prioritization of the received requirements, the ability to impose requirements on standard functionality;
• experience in setting up a full development cycle (from TK to project commissioning);
• experience in drafting technical and methodological documentation;
• experience in implementing and supporting business process automation systems;
• desired experience in designing new configurations 1С/BAS/ERP;
• knowledge of accounting, operational, management accounting;
• knowledge of the main objectsiv and mechanisms in 1C;
• skills for organizing working time and focus on results;
• business communication skills.
