Business analyst in ALVIVA GROUP

Hello! We are ALVIVA GROUP, an international group of companies in the field of food technology and services that creates delicious and quality products every day.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help us implement automation projects, make them more efficient and reliable.

What will you do:

• Collect, analyze and formalize business requirements from stakeholders / customers;
• Analyze the company's business processes: identify problems, bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization, formulate recommendations;
• Design solutions: develop concepts, model business processes, prepare documentation (functional / business specifications, process flows, use cases, etc.);
• Maintain communication with stakeholders: present analysis results, discuss requirements and changes, coordinate solutions;
• Prepare and maintain technical and business documentation, specifications, reports, process diagrams;
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and solutions, evaluate their effect, analyze data and formulate recommendations for further improvements.

• Knowledge of methodologies for collecting, formalizing and documenting requirements and business analysis;

• Business process modeling and design skills using BPMN;

• Working with data: ability to analyze information, use basic tools (for example, Excel), prepare analytical reports and draw conclusions based on them;

• Knowledge of the principles of project management and the development life cycle;

• Understanding the architecture of IT systems, databases and basic technical aspects.
