We invite to our team Business analyst!

The following interesting tasks await you:

• Deep analysis of financial statements and costs, taking into account the functional features of the business.
• Identification of drivers of change in costs and developing practical recommendations for their optimization.
• Creation of financial models and scenarios supporting strategic decisions.
• Preparation of analytical materials for management that help make informed decisions.
• Active participation in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Cooperation with operational and technical teams in the role of a financial advisor to achieve business goals.

We would like to see the following experience and qualities in you:

• Experience as an economist, financial analyst or consultant (preferably with experience in consulting or business analysis) from 3 years.
• Practical business thinking and the ability to see the financial picture in the context of operational activities.
• Ability to reasonedly defend one's point of view regarding the feasibility of cost optimization.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI or other analytical tools.
