Business Analyst in DData Consulting

Digital Data Consulting (DData) is a Ukrainian company that helps medium and large businesses grow thanks to automation and modern digital solutions. We build products that make businesses agile, technology-ready and future-ready.

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to ensure effective communication between customers, development and business goals.

Your tasks:

• Analysis of business processes and identification of points for improvement.

• Collection and documentation business requirements.

• Communication with stakeholders and forming clear technical tasks for the team.

• Data analysis and preparation of insights for decision-making.

• Participation in project planning and support.

Our ideal candidate has:

Hard skills

• experience in Business Analysis and description of business processes;

• ability to collect, structure and document requirements (User Stories, Use Cases, BRD, SRS);

• knowledge of project management principles (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall);

• skills in working with BA tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Visio, Draw.io, etc.);

• ability to conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders;

• certifications (eg CBAP, PMI-PBA) will be an advantage.

Soft skills:

• strong communication skills;
• analytical thinking and attention to detail; 
• critical approach to tasks

• ability to find a common language with clients and the team;
