We are looking for an energetic and communicative business analyst who will help formalize business requirements and turn them into clear technical tasks for the development team. You will become a key link between the business and the technical team, ensuring quality product implementation at all stages of development.

Main responsibilities:

• Formalization of technical requirements from the business customer and creation of clear tasks for front-end, back-end, Android and iOS teams.
• Support of tasks at all stages: from gathering requirements to final acceptance testing by the business customer.
• Constant communication and interaction with business customers, product and technical teams.
• Control of functionality implementation and compliance of the result with technical and business requirements.
• Post-release support: analysis of problem cases, their reproduction, preparation of proposals for elimination and optimization of processes.
• Creation, updating and support of technical documentation: technical documentation, process diagrams, descriptions of business logic of services, API specifications.
• Participation in sprint planning and backlog prioritization together with the Product Owner.

What knowledge should the candidate have:

• Experience as a business or system analyst for 3 years or more.
• Understanding modern web technologies, mobile platforms and client-server architecture.
• Knowledge and practical experience of software development methodologies.
• Understanding of the complete software development cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with task-tracking systems (Jira).
• Understanding the principles of work and API testing.

Desired:

• Ability to write simple SQL queries.
• Experience in API testing (Postman / Swagger).

Languages:

• Fluent command of Ukrainian.

Personal qualities:

• Energetic, open, communicative, positive, extrovert.
• Ability to take responsibility for the result and work in a team.
