Main duties:

• Establishment of communication between the customer and technical specialist, collection of requirements;
• Description of business processes;
• Preparation of technical tasks for developers;
• Coordination of development processes;
• Control of interaction between customers/users and developers;
• Testing and transfer of finished functionality to end users users;
• Consulting on existing functionality;
• Writing instructions for end users.

Basic requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a similar direction work;
• Communication, stress resistance, ability to work in a team, listen to the interlocutor, conduct business negotiations;
• Proficiency in software: Microsoft Office, Minjet Mind Manager, Microsoft Visio, etc.

Will be an advantage:

• Knowledge of the English language;
• Time management.
