Main duties:
- Analyze and describe the company's business processes, identifying optimization points. Study the existing business processes of the company in order to determine their effectiveness, identify problems and opportunities for improvement;
- Configuration and support of Creatio CRM (processes, objects, business logic, UI);
- Administration of JIRA: creation of workflow, automation, permission schemes, dashboards;
- Collection, documentation and coordination of requirements with internal customers.
Technical decomposition of tasks:
- Distribution of requirements into subtasks for developers and testers;
- Formation of user stories, acceptance criteria, description of scenarios;
- Assessment of implementation complexity together with the team;
- Control of implementation and compliance with technical requirements.
- Preparation of technical tasks (BRD, FRD, user flow, BPMN schemes);
- Testing of implemented solutions and checking compliance with business logic;
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation in Confluence.
- Participation in the implementation of new tools and improvement of company processes.
Main requirements:
- Deep knowledge of Сreatio configuration;
- Understanding of the work of client-server applications, web technologies and API construction (understanding of the HTTP protocol);
- Experience of working as a business analyst or system analyst from 2 years;
- Practical experience with Creatio CRM (setting processes, sections, configurations);
- Understanding the principles of JIRA / Confluence (workflow, automation, reports);
- Ability to collect, analyze and decompose requirements to a technical level.
