We offer service and work in the newest type of military — the Forces of Unmanned Systems. Our unit, the 14th Separate Regiment of the BpAK, is the world's first "technological special purpose" unit. We are looking for a Business analyst in the analytical team of 14 OP BpAK, who, among other things, works on the creation and development of software products for analyzing the effectiveness of the unit. The functions of the system include: collecting, organizing, storing and analyzing data, building analytical reports, and others, which, in general, aims to increase the efficiency of our department.

DUTIES:

1. Collect, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements.
2. Reconcile requirements between the technical team and business stakeholders.
3. Prepare documentation for developers: API specifications, architectural requirements, technical diagrams.
4. Develop acceptance criteria for testing and verifying the implementation of requirements.
5. Participate in testing developed functionalities for compliance with business requirements.
6. Develop and maintain project backlog, description of user stories and acceptance criteria.
7. Prioritize requirements together with stakeholders, taking into account business value and technical constraints.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. From 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst on technical projects
2. Experience writing technical documentation: API specifications, architecture diagrams, technical requirements
3. Experience working in complex multi-component projects involving different technical teams (development, infrastructure, DevOps, etc.)
4. Understanding REST and SOAP API, experience creating or testing integration requirements
5. Ability effectively collect, analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders
6. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
7. Proficiency in tools: Jira, Confluence or similar
8. Experience in conducting workshops, interviews or brainstorming with stakeholders to identify and clarify requirements
