Business analyst in DILA, Medichna laboratoriya

DILA Medical Laboratory is hiring a Business Analyst.

The main purpose of the position: Providing high-quality analytics at the intersection of finance, marketing and customer data to make effective business decisions.

Key tasks of the position:

• Preparation of analytical notes and presentations for management with a focus for business decisions.
• Comprehensive analysis of financial and marketing data: revenues, margin, costs, ROMI, LTV, CAC, conversion, customer outflow.
• Market analysis and forecasting taking into account risk factors and opportunities.
• Formation and verification of business hypotheses to improve the effectiveness of customer programs and loyalty programs.
• Evaluation of the results of the directorate’s activities and preparation of recommendations for achieving goals, based on the analysis of results.
• Construction of sales forecasts, scenario analysis and modeling based on open and internal data.
• Analysis of the impact of financial and marketing tools on customer behavior.
• Identification of patterns in customer behavior, identification of growth and risk points.
• Creation of dashboards and internal reporting for management (Power BI).

Our wishes for the experience and knowledge of the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of applied mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science or related fields or the presence of additional education in this direction will be an advantage.
• Experience from 3 years on for the position of business analyst
• Professional skills (data analysis, formation and verification of business hypotheses, construction of sales forecasts, construction of dashboards).
• Experience of working with Jira and Confluence.

Experience of working with CRM, ERP systems.

• Knowledge of tools for data analysis and building dashboards - BI tools (Power BI or others) - will be an advantage.
