• Building a business analytics and reporting system for management (CEO, COO, CFO).
• Preparation of profitability analytics, sales forecasts, inventory, channel and customer performance.
• Participation in creating an indicator system (KPI / OKR) for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply departments Chain.
• Budgeting, control of budget execution, preparation of P&L and Cash Flow forecasts.
• Integration of data from ERP/CRM into BI reports.
• Conducting scenario analysis (what-if, sensitivity) to support management decisions.
• Preparation of reports and presentations for management, participation in strategic planning of the company.

Requirements

• Higher education in the field of economics, finance, data analytics or business administration.
• Experience in business or financial analytics from 3-5 years (experience in FMCG / Pharma / Retail / e-Commerce will be an advantage).
• Practical experience in budgeting, forecasting, building financial models (P&L, Cash Flow, Unit Economics).
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar).
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (Power Query, Pivot, formulas, visualizations).
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python - like pc, not necessarily.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (1C, Odoo, SAP, Salesforce, etc.) will be an advantage.
