Business Analyst in Retail Group

Area of responsibility:

• Collection, analysis and formalization of requirements from business users

• Description of business processes, preparation of project documentation (BRD, SRS, Use Case, User Story, BPMN, ER-diagrams)

• Interaction with project managers, developers and testers during implementation of changes

• Communication with business customers and end users (if necessary)

• Control of coordination of requirements with interested parties

• Participation in functional testing

• Support of changes in Jira / Confluence

Our expectations:

• Higher education (preferably in the field IT, economics, management or mathematics)

• Experience as a business analyst from 2 years

• Practical skills of working with Jira, Confluence

• Knowledge of the basics of system and business analysis

• Ability to work with business process models (BPMN), ER-diagrams

• Experience in writing technical documentation

• Experience in IT projects, knowledge of SQL is welcome
