Qualifications and experience.

Required:

• Higher education - technical, mathematical, economic;
• Mandatory work experience as an analyst - from 3 years, experience working on projects for the implementation of information systems - from 2 years;
• Knowledge of the subject area - in the field of banking technologies, processes and products;
• Knowledge and practical experience of application of BPMN standards;
• Skills in applying business analysis methods and techniques;
• Knowledge of software development stages;
• Ability to analyze information and structure it in accordance with the conclusions of the analysis ;
• Confident communication skills;
• Knowledge of the subject area - in the field of foreign exchange, currency control

Desired:

< li>Work experience for the SDLC SCRUM methodology;
• Ability to work with a large volume of various types of information, analyze dynamically changing situations and make optimal decisions, quickly switch between tasks performed in parallel;

Your Role:

• Identifying business needs, defining the purpose and stakeholders of the project tasks. 
• Determining the existing regulatory and other limitations of the declared need;
• Performing a preliminary analysis of the task and estimating labor costs for the preparation of formalized task requirements;
• Collecting the requirements of interested parties. Performing a preliminary analysis of the requirements, checking the compliance of the stated requirements with the goals of the task, identified limitations;
• Performance of work on formalizing the functional and non-functional requirements of the task in accordance with the readiness criteria agreed with the internal user of the result;
• Participation in determining the structure and interrelationship of work on the preparation of the task statement, development of the requested functionality;
• Coordinating requirements with all interested parties by individuals;
• Participation in meetings, working groups;
• Providing testing support according to the requirements of the task in the role of an expert. Release management. Methodology of the processes of currency transactions of corporate business clients.
