Business analyst in Aperkon, TOV

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in optimizing business processes and a deep understanding of large retail projects. 

This role involves active interaction with the team and customers, participation in key decisions, as well as the perspective of growth to Team Leader.

Your key responsibilities:

- Analysis and optimization of current business processes in large retail projects.

- Development of technical tasks for process automation.

- Collection and systematization of user requirements, creation of technical documentation (technical specifications, instructions, reports of completed works) .

- Interaction with customers, architects, technical leaders and development team.

- Conducting acceptance testing of implemented solutions.

- Preparation of instructions and user training.

We are looking for a candidate who:

- Has 4+ years of experience in business analysis.

- Possesses the skills of modeling business processes (BPMN) and their successful implementation.

- Understands the software life cycle well.

- Confidently creates high-quality technical documentation (technical specifications, instructions, analytical reports).

- Has developed communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and the team.

- Able to multitask, adapt to changes and make balanced decisions.

- Understands the specifics of large projects and is able to build quality communication to influence processes.

- Is open, proactive and ready for professional development.

Would be preferred:

- Experience in large retail projects.
