The main strategic direction of the company is to enter the international market and create product values of the LIGA 360 Platform for customers from different countries.
We invite to our team a Business Analyst, the main objective of the position is to: ensure the product meets the business objectives, as well as its usability and value for the end users.
What is required do:
- Analyze, model and describe existing/new business processes for integration into the product;
- Creation of complete and clear documentation for all requirements; li>
- Creating diagrams such as Use Case, Activity, Sequence to visualize business processes using BPMN and UML notations;
- Formalization of requirements: writing technical tasks for functional and non-functional product requirements;
- Formation of business requirements, specifications, technical tasks, Acceptance Criteria and Use Cases based on user stories provided by Product Manager/Owners;
- Working with XML, Rest API, DevTool for configuring integrations between the product and external systems;
- Organize product requirements (communicate with various stakeholders - PM of the project, developers, customers, end users);
- Participate in testing implemented tasks to check compliance with initial requirements (use, for example, Postman to test requests).
We will be happy to talk with you if you have:
- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT company;
- Higher education in the field of business analysis, information technology or related areas;
- English language (A2/B1);
- In-depth knowledge of key tasks and techniques of business analysis, in particular experience with Agile methodologies /Scrum;
- Experience with task tracking and version control tools, including JIRA, Confluence;
- Ability to analyze, model and describe business processes using diagrams (Use Case, Activity, Sequence) and BPMN, UML notations;
- Experience in drafting business requirements, specifications, technical tasks, Acceptance Criteria, Use cases;
- Understanding API, RESTful and SOAP principles (experience writing or testing API requests);
- Skills in working with visualization tools (Figma, MIRO or others) to create visual materials;
- You have analytical thinking and results orientation;
- Proactivity and adaptability in a fast-changing product development environmentktu.
An additional advantage, if there is:
- Knowledge of SQL, basic knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and experience with Postman is an advantage;
- Experience with non-relational databases (Apache Solr/MangoDB).
