Responsibilities:

• Researching the activities of employees for further description of the business -process
• Modeling of the business process scheme, identification of bottlenecks and formation of improvement options
• Development of work instructions for employees on the business process
• Verification of the business process in the workplace environment
• Periodic monitoring of the results of the business process execution
• Conducting a planned audit of the process in the "fields", creating a summary of the process audit
• Investigating the reasons for the deviation of the process (if any ) and providing recommendations on process implementation
• Preparation of process optimization/improvement solutions

Position requirements:

• The ability to logically, consistently and competently express one's opinion in text form
• Effective communication skills, a high level of communication, the ability to conduct interviews
• Experience in writing instructions and normative documents for employees
• Understanding the structure of Retail work in the field of products food
• Preferably work in the field of food retail or logistics/ commerce/marketing/finance, etc.
• Work with business processes and business modeling will be an advantage
