The professional team of the Global Sellers division of the company Nova Global invites business analysts to cooperate!
Nova Global is a leading player in the field of international logistics and delivery, providing innovative solutions for businesses around the world. We are looking for a Business Analyst in the Global Sellers Division to join our team to work with big data, analyze key performance indicators and optimize business processes.

Education required:

• Higher education in the field of business analysis, economics, logistics or IT
• Work experience: At least 2-3 years of work experience as a business analyst, preferably in the field of logistics, e-commerce, retail
• Analytical skills: Ability to work with large volumes of data, in-depth analysis of customer needs and market trends
• Experience in writing technical tasks for the developer
• Knowledge of markets: Understanding the specifics of international marketplaces (eBay, Amazon , Etsy), as well as international logistics
• Technical skills: Confident use of analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel), experience with Jira, Confluence; as well as basic knowledge of APIs and integrations between systems
• Communication skills: High level of communication for interaction with different departments and partners
• Languages: Fluency in Ukrainian and English B1 or higher (oral and written communication)
• Proactivity: Ability to independently find solutions and initiate work improvements
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum: Experience with agile development methodologies will be an advantage
• Quick adaptation in new conditions, proactivity, desire and ability to self-learn, understand complex complex tasks, ability to work in a team, focus on results; stress resistance

Responsibility for the result:

• Market analysis : Study of international logistics markets and global sales platforms (eBay, Amazon, Etsy) to identify development opportunities
• Analysis of customer needs: Collection and analysis of customer data, in particular exporters selling on international marketplaces, to optimize products and services
• Development of recommendations, study and analysis of business processes of products: Preparation of analytical reports and recommendations to improve products and company solutions, including loyalty programs, deferred payments, document delivery, etc.
• Participation in product development: Cooperation with the development team and technical specialists in the process of improving existing and creating new products for international customers. Formation of technical tasks for development, interaction with developers to translate business requirements into technical requirements; testing of products for compliance with business requirements
• Monitoring the effectiveness of products and modeling business processes: Evaluation of the results ofimplemented solutions and analysis of their impact on sales volume and customer engagement
• Collaboration with other departments: Interaction with sales, marketing, finance and technical support team for effective implementation of solutions
• Work with databases and take part in automation of management dashboards
• Collection, description and formalization of requirements from stakeholders
• Participation in internal projects of the Division and projects of the Company
