• Working with a technical team that ensures stable operation and development of IT products.
• Communicate with business users and related teams, gathering business requirements / comments / ideas / suggestions from them.
• Propose new ideas, collect market and benchmark analytics, test hypotheses.
• Educate and advise users; conduct presentations of new functionality.
