Business analyst in EKO-Market

We are ECO Market< span style="font-weight: 400"> is a national chain of supermarkets that has been operating in Ukraine stable since 2002. Our network includes over 855 stores and 3000 employees throughout Ukraine. Stores are located in 18 cities of the country. Our network includes food and non-food essentials, and we also have our own production - cooking and baking! Some stores even have confectionery shops! Our suppliers are leading manufacturers not only of Ukraine, but also of the whole world.

We are currently looking for a qualified specialist for the position of Business Analyst. In this role, you will be involved in business process analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of business processes and research of functional requirements of divisions; 
• Preparation of technical tasks for developers;
• Testing of improvements and transfer of the developed functionality to end users;
• Working with requests from users and their formalization;
• li>Compilation of instructions, consulting and training;
• Support and development of implemented solutions;
• Maintaining the current state of the list of unfulfilled tasks (BackLog) RedMine

• Requirements:
• Higher economic or technical education;
• Ability to describe business processes in text and graphical form;

• Knowledge of management and accounting methodology;

• Knowledge of basic objects and mechanisms in 1C;

• Solid knowledge of 1C configuration;
• High communication skills;
• Attention to details and analytical skills;
