Business analyst in Fond Shidna Evropa

Eastern Europe Foundation within the framework of the project "Support for Digital Transformation" (DTA) together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine announces a tender for the selection of a contractor for the provision of business analytics services / business analyst for the development and implementation of the project "Plan of measures to revise the tools of state regulation of economic activity for 2024-2026".

The date of the start services: September 2024.

Term of the contract: until the end of 2024 with a possible extension.

Work format: mixed (combination of offline and online work). Preference is given to candidates who can work in the city of Kyiv.

Main tasks and responsibilities within the scope of the contract include:

• Modeling of business processes to meet the requirements of current legislation.
• Participation in the development of technical requirements for the creation of information and communication systems for the implementation of regulatory and by-laws regulatory legal acts.
• Participation in the analysis of existing business processes and identification of problems regarding the application of state regulatory tools in the relevant spheres of economic activity (licenses, permits, results of the provision of public (electronic public), in particular administrative services, optimization procedures for applying tools of state regulation of economic activity.
• Preparation of analytical reports and presentations.
• Performance of other tasks specified by the Customer.
• Duties and tasks specified for representation volume and level of services to be performed. The final list of them will be agreed upon by the parties at the stage of signing the contract.

Requirements to the participants of the competition:

• Experience as a business analyst (not less than one year).
• Knowledge of various methods of data analysis, modeling and forecasting.
• Description of new and existing processes.
• Collection and analysis of statistical data.
• Formulation of TK, control creating and implementing processes.
• Experience working with government agencies.
• Knowledge of specialized modeling software. business processes (Camunda, Bizagi Modeler, Visio or similar).
• Experience of interaction with the IT product development team.
