Business Analyst in NovaPay

NovaPay company in search Business Analyst who will join our team to participate in interesting and dynamic projects. If you have experience working in an Agile environment, know how to analyze and model business processes, and also like to work with new technologies, this job is for you!

Requirements:

• Work experience: At least 2 years as a business analyst in an Agile environment.
• Tools: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, visualization tools (Figma, MIRO, Balsamiq or others).
• Business analysis: In-depth knowledge of the key tasks and techniques of business analysis.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Business processes: Ability to analyze, model and describe business processes, preferably using BPMN notation.
• Documentation: Ability to draw up business requirements and technical tasks, user stories, use cases.
• Languages: Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level.

Responsibilities:

• Business Process Analysis: Analysis, modeling and description of existing and new business processes to improve work efficiency.
• Product development: Definition of product scope, planning, development and support in cooperation with UX/UI specialists, product owners (PO), project managers (PM).
• Formalization of requirements: Formalization and specification of requirements, writing technical tasks at the level of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Cooperation with developers: Work closely with the development team to ensure correct implementation of requirements.
• < strong style="font-weight: var(--artdeco-reset-typography-font-weight-bold)">Requirements Management: Management of technical requirements throughout the software development life cycle.
• Testing: Testing implemented tasks to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Collaboration with partners: Interaction with external partners for integration with external systems (AML/BKI etc.). li>
