Requirements:
- Work experience: At least 2 years as a business analyst in an Agile environment.
- Tools: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, visualization tools (Figma, MIRO, Balsamiq or others).
- Business analysis: In-depth knowledge of the key tasks and techniques of business analysis.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Business processes: Ability to analyze, model and describe business processes, preferably using BPMN notation.
- Documentation: Ability to draw up business requirements and technical tasks, user stories, use cases.
- Languages: Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level.
Responsibilities:
- Business Process Analysis: Analysis, modeling and description of existing and new business processes to improve work efficiency.
- Product development strong>: Definition of product scope, planning, development and support in cooperation with UX/UI specialists, product owners (PO), project managers (PM).
- Formalization of requirements: Formalization and specification of requirements, writing technical tasks at the level of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Cooperation with developers: Work closely with the development team to ensure correct implementation of requirements.

- Testing: Testing implemented tasks to ensure compliance with requirements.
