Business analyst in Operator GTS Ukrayini, TOV

Functional duties in the position (list of functions, main tasks)

1. Interaction with the business and the ERP system implementation team in terms of analysis of the current

status of the trading system, the technical system of the gas transportation operator and

business processes related to these systems.

2. Analysis of current business processes and software solutions in the field of natural gas trading in accordance with the GTS Code. Identifying opportunities for optimization and

implementation of new software solutions to improve efficiency, identifying business-

requirements, their formalization and description.

3. Preparation and approval of the conceptual project and technical tasks in terms of

implementation of the trading system.

4. Participation in the selection of additional modules/functionality to the existing system or in the selection of

another platform for the organization of the gas exchange and trading operations, their implementation, launch in

operation and support.

5. Interaction with development teams, conducting testing of developed software. 6. Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, reports and user guides. 7. Monitoring the current situation and forecasting processes..

Cspecial knowledge, skills (additional education, knowledge of a foreign language, computer programs,

availability of certificates, participation in specific projects, etc.)

1. Understanding of the basics of the software development cycle (SDLC), the basics of project and

process management, principles and approaches of Agile methodology.

2. Knowledge and practical application of methods

3. Ability to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for optimization and develop

recommendations.

4. Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, project participants and divisions of the

Company.

5. Knowledge of methods, notations (BPMN) and tools for description/analysis of business processes

6. Development of high-level application design (wirefraiming)

7. Experience with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power VI, Visio,

SharePoint, Outlook,

8. Ability to train users, conduct educational seminars and trainings.

9. Proficiency in English for communication and reading technical documentation

10. Ability to analyze problems, identify their root and develop solutions.

11. Effective time management and assignment of tasks to achieve set goals.
