Functional tasks:

• Identification, collection, analysis and design of requirements;
• Analysis of existing and design of target business processes;
• Evaluation and comparison of requirements implementation options.
• Preparation and approval of business analysis documents (descriptions of requirements of interested parties and requirements for the solution)
• Support of the life cycle of requirements
• Participation in user testing of solutions
• Evaluation of the implemented solution".

  Our expectations from the candidate:

  < li>Experience of working in business analysis for at least 1 year;
  • Experience of working in the banking\financial system of Ukraine from 2 years;
  • Experience of writing business analysis documentation;
  >
  • Understanding the stages of the business analysis process;
  • Owning the basic techniques for identifying and collecting requirements;
  • Understanding the principles of describing use-cases;
  >
  • Knowledge of business process description notations (BPMN/UML);
  • Experience in implementing remote service channels and experience in writing methodology will be an advantage;
  • Higher education;
  >
  • B2 (Intermediate ) or pre-intermediate also OK;
  • Confident knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Visio;
  • Experience with JIRA/Confluence will be an advantage;
  • The ability to cooperate and take responsibility;
  • The ability to work in a team, orientation to the result".
