Business analyst in Ericsson Ukraine

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Business / System Analyst for participation in product development. The main tasks include analyzing customer business processes, gathering requirements, preparing technical terms of reference, developing specifications and documentation, as well as preparing and conducting presentations. Confident mastery of system analysis methodologies, basic knowledge in the field of OOP and DBMS basics is required.

Basic requirements:

• Experience in systems analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of OOP, DBMS basics.
• Ability to develop technical specifications and documentation.

Tasks:

• Analysis of the subject area, examination of the customer's business processes;
• Communication with clients, collection and formalization of requirements
• Preparation and coordination of the technical task;
• Development of specifications;
• Developing documentation (instructions, methods, etc.);
• Implementation of software at the customer;
• Conducting customer training (courses, seminars, individual classes);
• User consultations.
