Responsibilities:

• collection, description and formalization of stakeholder requirements;
• modeling of business processes;
• planning and closing of the sprint for developers;
• interacting with developers to translate business requirements into technical requirements;
• testing and implementing tasks into the system;
• writing user instructions.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience working as a business analyst or system analyst;
• experience working with 1C (any configuration);
• writing experience technical tasks for the developer;
• experience in modeling business processes;
• understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• experience in writing technical documentation;
• experience with Jira, Confluence;
• preferred experience with flowcharting tools (Draw.io, Bizagi, Visio, etc.);
• communication, the ability to "actively listen", system thinking and the ability to work in a team.
