Brocard-Ukraine — the largest operator of the perfumery and cosmetic market of Ukraine in the luxury segment. The company manages a network of perfumery and cosmetic stores under the BROCARD brands and the online store brocard.ua.

We are expanding our team, so we invite Business Analyst to join our team. >Duties:

• Collection of information, description and modeling of business processes of the E-com department, as well as related departments participating in E-com processes.
• Determining performance indicators, sales funnels and finding growth points.
• Analysis of efficiency and development of proposals for optimization of processes in the online sales unit.
• Analysis and formalization of the customer's business requirements.
• Formalization of technical tasks for development.
• Interaction with development teams at the stages of implementation and testing.
• Writing technical documentation and instructions for users.
• Performance analysis and preparation of relevant reports.
• Knowledge of the basics of UseCase, UserStory formation

Requirements:

• Experience in e-commerce for at least 3 years.
• Experience of working with a mobile application.
• Higher education related to analytics, economics or mathematics.
• High level of mastery of Excel.
• Experience with Magento, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Jira, Confluence, ERP, CRM systems
• Understanding the basics of e-commerce process and structure testing.
• Skills of presentations and decision reasoning.
• Skills for modeling processes, data relationships, objects, systems — BPMN, UML.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience writing SQL queries.
• Knowledge of methods of statistical analysis and probabilistic forecasting.
• The level of the English language is at the intermediate level.
• Fundamentals of programming (including object-oriented)
