Qualifications and experience.

• Higher education - technical, mathematical, economic;
• Experience as an analyst - at least 3 years;
• Work experience at projects on the implementation of banking products - from 2 years;
• Knowledge of the subject area - in the field of banking technologies, processes and products;
• Knowledge and practical experience of applying BPMN standards; 
• Owning the skills of applying methods and techniques of business analysis; 
• Knowledge of the stages of development and implementation of banking products; 
• Ability to analyze information and structure it according to the conclusions of the analysis;
• Confident communication skills.

Your Role:

• Detection business needs, definition of the goal and stakeholders of the project tasks. Determination of existing regulatory and other limitations of the declared need;
• Performance of a preliminary analysis of the task and assessment of labor costs for the preparation of formalized requirements of the task; 
• Collection of requirements of interested parties. Performing a preliminary analysis of the requirements, checking the compliance of the stated requirements with the goals of the task, identified limitations;
• Performance of work on formalizing the functional and non-functional requirements of the task in accordance with the readiness criteria agreed with the internal user of the result;
• Participation in determining the structure and interrelationship of work on the preparation of the problem statement, development of the requested functionality; 
• Coordinating requirements with all interested parties; 
• Participation in meetings, working groups; 
• Providing testing support according to task requirements as an expert.
