Business analyst in Smart Solutions

Our client -the largest operator of perfumery of the cosmetic market of Ukraine in the luxury segment. The company manages a network of perfume and cosmetic stores, currently looking for a business analyst in the automation department


Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the functioning of the change management system (planning, coordination, documentation, implementation, closing).
• Conducting interviews with business users, recording results, identifying areas of functionality development .
• Analysis of existing business processes to determine requirements for information systems.
• Documentation of business processes at all stages of the life cycle (discovery, research, description, approval, control, changes, monitoring , optimization).
• Documentation of business, functional and non-functional requirements for software development.
• Coordinating business requirements for functionality development with business process owners.
• Management implementation of solutions, adjustment of plans, prioritization of requirements.
• Creation and analysis of BPMN schemes (BPMN 2.0 notation).
• Setting tasks for developers and control of results.
• Development of tests -case studies, testing, design of results.
• Creation of user instructions, consultations on working with system functionality.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of key business analysis practices: planning, monitoring, discovery and collaboration, requirements lifecycle management, specification, modeling, risk and constraint assessment.
• Proficiency in business process and information modeling techniques systems (BPMN, UML, Enterprise Architect, Business Studio, MS Visual Studio, WorkFlow Designer).
• Skills of identifying differences between standard system functions and user actions, bringing actions to the standard.
• Ability to offer workarounds to users in the absence of a standard.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and writing technical documentation (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, critical path method).
• Experience interviewing key users , organizing and conducting negotiations, recording.
• Understanding the basics of information technologies, building information systems, database management systems (Access, MS SQL, MySQL), data protection.
• Knowledge of information systems , terminology, business processes (ERP, CRM, marketing, eCommerce, Internet marketing)
