What needs to be done?

Expectations from candidates:

• Work experience (performance of functions) BA from 1st year;
• Have analytical thinking and be able to collect, formalize and document business requirements within the project / task;
• Experience of working with retail or business or risk credit processes;
• Experience of successfully implemented projects for optimization/automation of processes;
• Experience of writing business requirements and technical tasks, knowledge of BPMN, experience of developing regulatory documentation ;
• Experience of analyzing and optimizing existing business processes of organization and development of new ones;
• Experience of BPMN modeling;
• Understanding the life cycle of software development;
• li>Have a fundamental understanding of business analysis/project management.
