Your future functional:

• Is an intermediary between business and IT teams
• Responsible for implementing the requirements of business units
• Responsible for the final result, quality of implementation and support of business processes and functionality in front of business units
• Collects requirements from interested parties
• Conducts interviews, analyzes documents, etc.
• Documents requirements, performs a quality check of the requirements and takes part in determining the priorities for the implementation of the requirements
• Analyzes and understands the specific business processes of the Bank End to End and the requirements for their automation, provides suggestions for their optimization
• Model business processes and user scenarios
• Together with the Solution Architect and Systems Analyst, determine which existing systems can be involved in these processes
• Analyzes the impact of changes in individual stages of the process on the entire process as a whole
• Participates in the development of the Sequence Diagram
• Creates prototypes, mockups, presentations and description of the product or project
• Identifies metrics and monitoring points for these metrics in the Sequence Diagram

• Develops a Dashboard structure for monitoring the progress of the process as a whole
• Defines and agrees with the customer Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Defines and agrees with the 2nd and 3rd lines of Operational support Level Agreement (OLA)
• Together with the Solution Architect, presents and defends the Architectural solution at the AK
• Constantly provides advice to the development and implementation teams
• Identifies the key areas of testing and organizes testing work, is responsible for testing the End to End process
• Makes decisions regarding the compliance of processes and functionality with the requirements of the business customer
• During operation, performs an analysis of business process metrics (using Dashboard ) with the aim of optimization and prevention of incidents and problems
• If necessary, directly participates and provides consultations during the resolution of Incidents
• Organizes work, identifies those responsible and engages specialists for root cause analysis to solve problems

Our candidate has:

• Understanding Banking and specialization in specific business domains of the Bank
  • li>
  • Knowledge of business analysis methodology such as BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) or other similar standards.
  • Ability to model business processes using BPMN and State Diagram and perform their analysis and optimization
  • Ability to define, analyze and document requirements and user scenarios for softwarenya 
  • Perform a quality check of requirements (for completeness, feasibility, contradictions and ambiguity) Knowledge of the software life cycle. 
  • Knowledge of various software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and ability to work accordingly.
  • Knowledge of Release management & CI/CD processesKnowledge of Incident & Problem management processes and skills conduct Root cause analysis

  Will be an advantage:

  • Ability to develop and execute test scenarios
  • Knowledge of the basics work in the position of Project management & Scrum master
