Due to business expansion, the company is looking for a Business Analyst in the IT department!
Functional tasks:
- Identification of the Customer's needs in process automation (Customer Relationship Management), their consolidation and description;
- Formation of technical terms of reference (TOR), agreement with the Customer, introduction of amendments/changes;
- Comprehensive support of the Customer both at the stage of working with technical data and at the stages of warranty and post-warranty support;
- Organization of effective communication with the development team regarding the correct and timely implementation of TK requirements.
We care about:
- Technical education (higher / incomplete higher);
- Knowledge in the field of information technologies - CRM systems, IP telephony;
- Knowledge of SQL at the level of writing queries and procedures;
- Knowledge of management methodologies projects;
- Experience in the formation of TK;
- Knowledge and practical application of Use Case, User Story;< /li>
- Excellent communication skills, proactivity, experience in multitasking and deadlines;
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML;
- Knowledge and experience of implementing data exchange methods using RESTful API;
- Knowledge of OpenAPI specification 3.0 will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of network connection protocols;
- Upper- Intermediate (B2) will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of the subject area in the financial sector (banking, debt collection, including legal processes, credit monitoring, telemarketing) will be an advantage.
