Business Analyst in Join.To.IT

We are currently looking for a talented Business Analyst.

We expect from you:

• 1.5+ years of successful commercial experience as a business analyst; 
• level of command of written and spoken English — Advanced; 
• experience in collecting, prioritizing, documenting and supporting project requirements; 
• experience in creating prototypes (Figma or Adobe XD); 
• experience of independent communication with stakeholders and identification of their needs; 
• excellent communication skills; 
• ability to work independently. 

Will be a plus: 

• knowledge of the SDLC model (especially Scrum); 
• ability to model business processes (BPMN / UML). 

Your duties: 

• writing project requirements; 
• filling and prioritizing the backlog; 
• interviewing the client regarding project requirements; 
• active participation in the processes of sprint planning and testing of the developed functionality.
