We are looking for Business analyst
FUNCTIONSONAL POSITIONS:< /strong>
- Analysis of all business processes and efficiency management processes, industry benchmarking.
- Preparation of proposals for measures that can/should improve business performance indicators
- Annual development of Goals and participation in the development of Performance Contracts for the company
- Help in optimization and distribution resources, identifying potential inefficiencies
- Quarterly Challenged plans and goals, operational control of achievement
- Normalization of goals and results to external factors
- Analysis of results. Performance Review and assessment of the level of achievement of business goals and risks of non-fulfillment.
- Development of risk management plans together with line management.
- Methodological organization and support of Businesses in building effective business processes
REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIRED SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge and experience in business modeling
- In-depth skills in Excel and Power Query
- Experience in analyzing Performance Review results (as an added advantage)
- High level of analytical and communication skills
- English - Intermediate+
