Friends, we are currently looking for Business Analytics

Your future functionality:

• Analysis of existing CRM business processes and provision of proposals for their optimization
• Conducting interviews with business customers, forming business and functional requirements for CRM in accordance with business expectations
• Description of user stories and user interface requirements
• Decomposition of tasks, backlog management
• Communication with architects and developers in the process of analyzing and implementing a solution
• Participation in testing the developed functionality and presenting the solution to customers
• Identifying logical errors in implemented CRM processes and providing suggestions for their elimination
• Preparation of specifications of technical tasks

Our candidate has:

• Experience in projects related to the construction and implementation of CRM solutions in the financial domain (experience in the Banking sector will be an advantage)
• Skills in modeling and describing end-to-end processes
• Understanding the software development process (SDLS)
• Experience in forming business and functional requirements, user stories , use cases;
• Experience using BPMN, UML, ERD tools
• Experience in the implementation of functionality on the Сreatio Terrasoft platform (CRM, Low-code) will be an advantage
• Experience in Jira, Confluence
• Analytical mindset, logical thinking, ability to form conclusions and proposals based on analysis
• Attention to details, self-discipline
