What we want to see in our candidate:

• Higher education in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics (additional education: certification, advanced training, etc. will be an advantage);
• work experience of 2 years or more in branch companies of distribution or retail and wholesale trade, or logistics
• skills for quick search, processing and systematization of large volumes of information, arrays of data ;
• financial and economic modeling skills;
• understanding of risk management;
• knowledge of various methods of data analysis, including statistical analysis, modeling and forecasting;

• the ability to express one's thoughts in a structured and understandable manner in oral and written forms;
• business management skills correspondence and communication; advanced user of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point; experience with Power BI (development of reports, support of existing ones); knowledge of typical 1C/BAS configurations: UTP, UPP, KUP, ERP (experience of working with ERP, accounting accounting system);
• knowledge of the English language is not lower than Intermediate;
• analytical mindset, responsibility, punctuality, attention to details.

Your area of ​​responsibility:

• Collection and processing of primary data
• development, preparation, automation of regular management reporting (on sales, implementation of plan/budget indicators, expenses and income)
• preparation and development of analytical reports of operational activity
• calculation of key indicators of overall activity efficiency, effectiveness of departments, analysis of marketing activities, etc.
• identification of the company's growth points, providing recommendations for improving the implementation of plans, renewal/change of approaches to the work of departments (development of development models)
• construction and monitoring of a system of metrics and analysis of "vulnerable» locations of the company
• determination of business process evaluation indicators, process cost calculation;
• analysis of cross-functional processes, identification of bottlenecks, formulation of proposals for their improvement, optimization;
• development of measures to reduce the time and financial costs of business processes;
• development of methodologies, regulatory rules and regulations
• tracking the effectiveness of the KPI system
• preparation of presentations, tabular forms (MS Power Point), visualization
• interaction with cross-functional teams
