We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a Business Analyst

About the project:

The project is designed for internal users and represents is the workplace of a company employee. It is a mobile-friendly web application (personnel accounting: admission\dismissal, vacation\hospital, etc., work with tangible and intangible assets: accounting for fixed assets, TMC, inventory, etc., surveys, personnel applications)

What will you do

• Product support and development. Assessment of business processes, identification of areas for improvement, development and implementation of solutions. Conducting constant reviews of business processes and development of optimization strategies.
• Identification and analysis of requirements. The task of communicating with users to determine their requirements and share ideas and conclusions. Identifying deficiencies in requirements (inaccuracies, incompleteness, ambiguities or contradictions) and their correction.
• Writing user stories and user cases.
• Supporting developers during development.
• Performing testing.
• Writing userDocs.
• Project management, development of project plans and performance monitoring. Monitoring results and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Management of resources and priorities.

About you

• Education : higher.
• Experience in business analysis for at least 2 years.
• Experience in conducting interviews with stakeholders.
• Experience in creating project documentation and other materials (BRD, BPMN, use cases, business rules, functional and non-functional specifications, user interface design specifications, user stories, task logs).
• Practical experience in applying key technical methods of business analysis (use scenarios, user stories, acceptance criteria, prototyping, mind mapping, functional decomposition, etc.).
• Practical experience with tools used for business analysis and teamwork activities (modeling and prototyping tools such as Figma , requirements tracking systems such as Jira, Confluence, communication tools, etc.).
• Practical experience in solving integration tasks (API, JSON, REST, XML, Postgres, etc.).

An advantage will be

• Experience as a business analyst with back-office process management, namely:

?       warehouse logistics;

?       work with tangible and intangible assets (recording of fixed assets, TMC, inventory, etc.);
