Business Analyst in EvoPlay

We are looking for an experienced Business analyst to join our team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

• close communication with representatives of the finance department and others by stakeholders;
• audit of existing business processes of units;
• formalization and optimization of current business processes of units and development and implementation of new ones;
• analysis of inter-team processes, identification of bottlenecks and implementation of relevant optimizations;
• formation and setting of technical tasks for automation;
• formation of standards, instructions and requirements for description, control of execution, periodicity of updating processes;
• monitoring of the company's performance standards (question).

Knowledge and skills:

• modeling experience in BPMN and UML notations for various tasks (gathering requirements, regulation of current business processes, setting tasks for process automation);
• experience working with modeling tools BP (Draw.io, Bizagi, Visio, etc.);
• skills of “as is” process modeling with further “to be” design;
• high level MS/Google Office skills;< /li>
• experience of working with BAS/1C (UNF or other configurations), Microsoft Dynamics or others;
• experience of forming and setting technical tasks for automation;
• experience implementation of changes through business processes.

Would be a plus:

• experience in the field of financial technologies;
• basic knowledge of financial and management accounting;
• experience with Jira and Confluence;
• li>understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
