The global digital holding, which is represented in 90+ countries of the world, needs the expertise of an experienced Business Analyst in a team that works on its own internal products - CRM and ERP systems for marketing processes. Tasks in this position: Control of business expectations from the product; Drafting of requirements for the future of the product (interaction with interested parties - developers and end users); Communication with various departments, formation of backlog, scheduling of tasks for the development team; Compilation of structured system documentation. You are our ideal candidate if: You have experience working with similar tasks from 1- of the year; You are confident in the methodologies of gathering requirements, analysis and formalization; You have developed analytical skills and logical thinking; You are able to work in multitasking mode; You have a high level of communication skills and are able to convey information clearly and clearly; You have an understanding of UI/UX principles; You have work experience with flexible methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban; Understanding of SQL is a big plus.
