Company website: http://delta-m.it/In connection with business expansion, the company is looking for a Business Analyst in the IT department! Functional tasks: Identifying the needs of the Customer in the automation of processes (Customer Relationship Management ), their consolidation and description; Formation of technical terms of reference (TOR), agreement with the Customer, introduction of amendments/changes; Comprehensive support of the Customer both at the stage of working with technical data and at the stages of warranty and post-warranty support; Organization of effective communication with the development team regarding correct and timely implementation of TOR requirements. It is important for us: Technical education (higher / incomplete higher education); Knowledge in the field of information technologies - CRM systems, IP telephony; SQL knowledge at the level of writing requests and procedures; Knowledge of project management methodologies; Experience in TOR formation; Knowledge and practical application of Use Case, User Story; Excellent communication skills, proactivity, experience in multi-tasking and deadlines; Knowledge of BPMN, UML; Knowledge and experience of implementing data exchange methods using RESTful API; Knowledge of OpenAPI specification 3.0 will be an advantage; Knowledge of network connection protocols; Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English will be an advantage; Knowledge of the subject area in the financial sector (banking, debt collection, including legal processes, credit monitoring, telemarketing) will be an advantage.
