Functional duties:
- Support of users of applied solutions (Finance\HR\Legal) and their priorities.
- Collection of system requirements and their coordination with system owners.
- Preparation of technical tasks for developers, including contractors.
- Operational control over deadlines for completing tasks within the set deadline, testing of the developed functionality and control of compliance of the finished solution with the agreed requirements.
- Preparation of a description of system changes and instructions for users on working in the systems.
- Execution of procedures for checking systems and user actions (control)
- Maintaining up-to-date information regarding configurations of applications, servers, interfaces
