Monitoring the work of the client's team in the CRM system; Listening to calls, meetings, etc. standards; Formulation of recommendations regarding the improvement of certain skills in specific employees of the Sales client. Construction of the client's dashboard architecture; Regular analysis of final reports; Formation of theses for investigating the reasons for the deviation of indicators; Providing recommendations regarding the strengthening of positive and elimination of negative deviations of key sales indicators. Construction and calculation of a motivation system for the client; Creating a structure and areas of responsibility in the client's team. Why you? Experience.
